LCD-SHD display module

This display module revolutionizes the pressure measurement of gases and liquids by converting signals to Modbus RTU, among other things. Whether for industrial applications or specialized applications, this module offers flexibility and user-friendliness at the highest level. The LCD-SHD display module was specially developed for our PREMASGARD SHD/ SHD-SD/ SHD 692 pressure transmitters in order to be able to read the measured value directly at the measuring point. However, it can be used with ANY DIN plug compatible sensor with 4..20mA output, The display module is a configurable display device for pressure transmitters with standard signal 4...20 mA or 0-10 V and plug connector type DIN EN 175301-803-A. For pressure transmitters with 0-10 V standard signal, the signal for the ModBus protocol can be made available via RS485 as a variant. The display module can be mechanically rotated and tilted, and the display content can be rotated in 90° steps via the menu. With the 0-10 V and Modbus version, a backlight can also be switched on. In addition to displaying the currently calculated pressure, the voltage measured at the pressure transmitter or the lowest or highest measured pressure value (min/max) of the last 24 hours can also be displayed. The settings for scaling, unit (bar, kPa, psi, inWC, atm, mWC), min/max values, number of values for averaging, display mode, alignment, backlighting, contrast and ModBus parameterization are conveniently made via micro buttons inside the housing and are protected against unauthorized access. With an output signal of 4...20 mA, the LCD-SHD display module is supplied solely by the measuring current of the pressure transmitter. No additional auxiliary voltage is required.
